Established in 1978, Gates Custom Milling, Inc. is a world class producer of Cypress and Atlantic White Cedar products. On site operations include an all bandsaw sawmill with drop-bay sorter, specialized dry kilns developed for the unique challenges associated with drying Cypress, and a finishing mill utilizing Weinig Moulder technology. Being one of the only "Fully Integrated" Cypress and Atlantic White Cedar manufacturers in the country allows Gates to offer a broad product line, flexible packaging, with timely delivery which presents it's wholesale customers a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Products include timbers (long lengths and oversized if desired), interior paneling, moldings, decking and accessories, mulch, siding products and even special millwork requests.
